LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Turbotracktray is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Returns are accepted only if the item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

  2. Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds are granted only to customers who provide a reasonable reason for their request, such as receiving a defective or incorrect product.

    • Refunds are not issued for items damaged due to customer mishandling or for minor issues such as slight variations in color or size.
